Application Requirements:
• Minimum 650 credit score
• Income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent
• Proof of income required (pay stubs, bank statements, or offer letter)
• Completed online application with credit & background screening
• Valid government-issued ID
• Guarantors accepted

Move-In Requirements:
• First month’s rent + security deposit due at move-in
• If moving in after the 15th: prorated rent + next month’s rent required
• Proof of renter’s insurance ($100,000 liability minimum)
• Utilities must be set up in tenant’s name prior to move-in

Lease Terms:
• 12-month lease

Security Deposit:
• Equal to one month’s rent (on approved credit)

Pet Policy:
• $500 deposit + $50/month per pet
